The portal has eight sections namely HR Policies; Learning Hub; ASML News Letter; Performance Management Cycle; Employee Spotlight; Your Opinion Matters; Suggestion Box & Leave Portal.
ASML ESS pre-configured life event pages, will allow employees to share personal celebrations with everyone by timely updating personal information in HR Records related to key milestones such as marriage, the birth of a child, passing exams, performing Hajj etc.
Our Learning Hub portal comprise of videos and articles, to enable everyone to keep oneself abreast of the information and industrial knowledge required to perform his/her job.
ESS Portal is accessible with your desktops, laptops and smart devices including mobile, phones and digital pads, while you are using ASML network. I encourage you all to simply log on to the portal now and get indulge into new digital experience offered by ASML!
